The temporary Kobe Bryant memorial at the Staple Center has been closed as of February 2nd, one week after the death of the NBA superstar. The The Staples Center is trying to get back to business as usual with their regularly scheduled dates.
It’s being reported that Kobe’s wife, Vanessa has requested all of the memorabilia with the exception of the flowers, which will be used as compost and spread throughout the Staples Center/ L.A. Live complex.
Fans have showed up to the Staples Center everyday since the death of Kobe, his daughter and seven other memorialize him with written quotes on the grounds of L.A.live as well as Teddy bears, Jersey’s and much more.
The country and the world will continue to remember him and await the formal memorial for the public to say their final goodbye’s.
